The goal was to turn a tract home into a custom home with a contemporary feel.
This required a complete home remodel from top to bottom. The floor plan was opened and a new wide stairway was installed. Bi-fold patio doors were installed to connect the inside living space to the new deck on the exterior.
The basement remodel was first so the owner could live there while we completed remodel for the rest of the home.
The home was demolished down to the exterior framing and reconfigured to the new design. Everything is new; electrical, plumbing, furnace, insulation, drywall, windows – the list goes on.
