The original horse barn on the property of this 1960’s ranch in Paradise Hills made a perfect remodel into a mother in law apartment – Casa Suegra.
The old horse barn had a garage addition added to it in the 1990’s and part of the upper floor remodeled, but this is a complete renovation down to the exterior framing.
Everything is new; electrical, plumbing, furnace, insulation, drywall, windows – the list goes on. The exterior needs new deck and new siding.
