No Project is too small.
The owner wanted to refresh their kitchen on a tight budget.
The existing original 1989 oak kitchen cabinets had been refinished by previous owner and the original back splash needed to go.
The solution was to repaint and reface the existing cabinets with new doors and hardware.
Replace the island countertop and install new faucet and install new lighting.
Some things were left in place for replacing later as budget allows.
Construction budget – $15,000
Construction 1.5 month
Completion November 2018 – before Thanksgiving!
